On Ibiza, Johnny oversees real estate activities in close collaboration with a trusted network of partners. Through Hoy Hoy Ibiza, incoming leads are carefully qualified and directed to the right specialists, ensuring efficient and high-quality execution.

On Dubai, Johnny leads the development of Booming Lifestyle, focusing on:

Property Management

Varinia Melten is responsible for the property management activities within Melten Global Group, with a strong focus on Ibiza.

Over the years, she has built extensive experience in property and home management, supporting a wide range of satisfied clients. Her approach is personal, structured, and detail-oriented.

She operates fluently in English, Spanish, and Dutch, allowing her to work seamlessly with both local and international clients.

Her original property management activities have now been fully integrated into Melten Global Group under the Varinias label. By bringing these services into the group structure, we are able to combine expertise and resources, offering clients a more complete and coordinated solution.

Through this integrated approach, Varinia focuses on delivering total property management solutions, including:
